SERVICES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAMS DEPLOYMENT

Hamilton PMO can provide an experienced Project Management Team tailored to suit each project, reflecting the technical ability and attitude required to THOROUGHLY PLAN AND PROFESSIONALLY EXECUTE THE ENTIRE PROJECT LIFECYCLE.

The Project Management Team will support and supervise the project throughout with fully transparent financial and technical reporting structure.

We function independently from the major shipyards and suppliers, providing vessel owners the unique opportunity to develop a more competitive environment and realizing significant financial benefits.

REACTIVATION PROJECTS

Reactivation of a drilling rig is a technical process which potentially could be inefficient and costly to the Drilling Contractor if experienced personnel are not utilised for the process. Hamilton PMO experienced Reactivation Project Team will conduct:

De-preservation of all electrical and mechanical systems

A full review of outstanding maintenance

Repair, upgrade and commissioning

Pre-start checks

Rig power up

Regaining class certification

SHIPYARD CONSTRUCTION WORK SCOPES

Hamilton PMO will use our local knowledge to utilize the strengths of each shipyard and vendor to negotiate and award different areas of the pre-agreed, well-defiined, project work scopes; creating a financially competitive bidding environment.

We will ensure each shipyard and vendor remains enthusiastic to secure a share of the project and return high quality results whilst focusing on safe and timely project completion.

Hamilton PMO will arrange and MANAGE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS SPECIALIST VENDOR'S NEEDS , ensuring all logistical and legal requirements and met and managed correctly.
